Currently

 Fall 2022: In September, Ashley became Head of Theater Studies for the Waterwell Drama Program at the Professional Performing Arts School. In November, she will be production dramaturg for the Waterwell/PPAS production of Roe by Lisa Loomer

 Ongoing: Ashley is developing an expanded iteration of her Cent'anni project. More news to come soon!

September 2021: Ashley has joined the faculty of the Waterwell Drama Program in residency at the Professional Performing Arts School in New York. Ashley will teach Introduction to Theater, Theater History 1, & Theater History 2 classes through an Artist-as-Citizen pedagogy. 

 August 2021: Ashley has joined HowlRound Theatre Commons as a Content Editor. She will work with theatre artists to share their essays, interviews, podcasts, and livestreams with the commons. (Submit your contribution here!)

May 2021: Ashley defended her thesis, "How Theatre Adapts: Art, Commerce, and the Adaptation Industry" and earned a M.A. in Performance as Public Practice at the University of Texas- Austin. She also completed a graduate certificate in Arts & Cultural Entrepreneurship. 

April 2021: Ashley's digital solo show, Cent'anni, is running in the Cohen New Works Festival. Ashley is also Co-Chair the Dramaturgy Committee for the festival and will moderate the "What's New" Panel on Friday, April 16.

→ April/May 2020: Ashley has an observership with Rude Mechs, working to create their upcoming piece High Crimes. [performance interrupted due to COVID-19 pandemic]

→ March 2020: Ashley is the production dramaturg on a A Fistful of Trespassing, presented as part of UT New Theatre. This Western-infused new play by Minghao Tu is inspired by Twelfth Night and infused with farcical comedy. 

→ August 2019: Ashley moved to Austin, TX! At the University of Texas at Austin, she is pursuing a M.A. in Performance as Public Practice and a Graduate Certificate in Arts & Cultural Management and Entrepreneurship. 

→ May/June 2019: Ashley is the SDCF Observer on Red Bull Theater's production of Mac Bethadapted and directed by Erica Schmidt. 

→ February 2019: Ashley is directing The Last Blueberry on Earth at WOW Cafe Theater. This piece joins five others in The Dare Tactic's FactorEEE One Act Series, for which Ashley is Artistic Associate. Event details here

→ January 2019: Ashley is directing [app]arition by Daniel Pérez at the Plaxall Gallery, as part of The Navigators' Lift Off Series. The Navigators incubate Science Fiction Theater with a clear feminist perspective. 

September 2018: Ashley is Assistant Director for the 2018 Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Awards Ceremony. For a complete list of nominations, click here. 

→ September 2018: Ashley began working as Artistic Associate at The Dare Tactic, a theatre company in residence at WOW Cafe Theatre. More information on The Dare Tactic here

→ August 2018: Ashley will direct And the Trees Fall Down by Viviana Prado-Nuñez alongside co-director Rylee Carrillo-Waggoner, presented as part of a residency with The Center at West Park's Furnace Festival. 

→ July 2018: Ashley has been accepted to the SDCF Observership Program for the 2018-2019 season. 

→ Summer 2018: Ashley is the artistic aprentice for Planet Connections Theatre Festivity's 10th anniversary festival and Playwrights for a Cause event. For a full festival calendar, visit http://planetconnections.org/. 

→ February 2018: Ashley will direct Michael Andrews' Internet Love Story in Blue Pearl Theatrics' Revelation series of original one-act plays. 

→ October 2017: Ashley is Assistant Director and Stage Manager for A Broken Umbrella Theater's new show, Exchange. The show will tour to a different location in New Haven each weekend in October, in collaboration with Artspace's City-Wide Open Studios. 

→ September/October 2017: Ashley's play How I Wonder, co-written with Kate O'Donoghue, will receive its first production in the Muhlenberg College mainstage season. Drew Maidment will direct. 

August 2017: Ashley is directing Shipwreck Theatre Company in Desultory Theatre Club's "Secret Shakespeare" production of A Midsummer Night's Dream.
